Suburban St. Louis apartments bring $4.5M

MALJ Investments has sold the Freedom Drive Apartments in Belleville, Ill., for $4.5 million to a Japanese-based buyer.

David Short and Matt Fairbairn of Marcus & Millichap's St. Louis office brokered the deal on behalf of MALJ.

The apartment complex is located at 2000 North Belt West in Belleville, a town approximately 17 miles east of St. Louis, Mo. It contains 120 units and sold for $37,500 per unit.
