750-unit portfolio in Texas on the sales block

Keller Oaks
Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell four apartment communities in Carrollton, Irving and Fort Worth, Texas.

Norman Eastwood of the firm's Dallas office is representing the seller in the offering.

The portfolio contains 750 units on 603,010 square feet. The contents of the portfolio are as follows:

- Keller Oaks at 2121 Marsh Lane, Carrollton, Texas. The 220-unit apartment complex contains 185,016 square feet and is situated on 10.88 acres.

- Woodchase Condominiums at 4060 North Belt Line Rd., Irving, Texas. The 74-unit complex sits on a three-acre lot and contains 58,322 square feet.

- Claredon Apartments at 3800 North Belt Line Rd., Irving, Texas. The 192-unit community contains 155,568 square feet and is situated on 8.03 acres.

- Sycamore Hill at 4633 Sycamore School Rd., Fort Worth, Texas. The 264-unit complex contains 204,104 square feet and is situated on 10.38 acres.
