Faris Lee completes $18M pre-sale of California shopping center

Faris Lee Investments has completed the $18 million pre-sale of a fully occupied portion of The Marketplace at Ontario Mills retail center in Ontario, Calif., to Los Angeles-based Las Vegas Land & Development Company.

Jeff Conover represented Newport Beach-based Peninsula Retail Partners, the seller and developer of the center.

Built in 2007, the 60,000 square foot retail center is currently occupied by four tenants: CORT Furniture Rental, Ortho Mattress, Bassett Furniture and Easylife Furniture. It is located at 4155-4195 Inland Empire Blvd. and 750 N. Ferrari Lane in Ontario, a town approximately 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
