HRPT Properties acquires Cleveland office complex

Newton, Mass.-based HRPT Properties Trust has purchased the North Point Office Complex in Cleveland, Ohio, for an undisclosed amount.

The deal was brokered by Glenn Whitmore and Dave Nackoul, Dan Byrnes and Tom Rieck of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

The two-building office complex contains 877,335 square feet and has a combined occupancy rate of 92 percent. North Poine I is a five-story building containing 286,540 square feet. North Pointe II is a 19-story tower with 590,795 square feet. The buildings are situated on seven acres at 901 and 1001 Lakeside Ave.
