Signature Associates finalizes sale of Michigan industrial property

Magnus Investments has purchased an industrial building in Orion Township, Mich., for an undisclosed price from Fidelity Bank.

Joe Banyai and Kris Pawlowski of Signature Associates brokered the sale. The building is located at 169 Clarkston Rd. and contains 14,933 square feet.

Banyai is an associate broker with Signature Associates and specializes in industrial and high tech brokerage in the I-75 corridor. He is a founding partner of the firm, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate.

Pawlowski is a sales associate with Signature Associates and primarily brokers industrial, land and high-tech properties. He won the World Class Club Award in 2007.
