DBN Development to sell Parkside Medical Center

Laguna Hills, Calif.-based DBN Development, LLC is selling the Parkside Medical Center, a multi-phased medical office complex in San Jacinto, Calif.

The property is being marketed by John Bosko, Bob Bush, Jeff Linklater and Daniel Walsh of NAI Capital.

The medical complex is currently under construction and will be completed later this year. It is comprised of two, two-story buildings totaling 78,000 square feet. Santa Ana-based Moorefield Construction is the general contractor for the project.
