Minnesota restaurant brings $2M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2 million sale of a Culver's restaurant in Albertville, Minn.

Cory Villaume and John Hessburg of the firm's Minneapolis office represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.

The restaurant, which sold for $440.72 per square foot, contains 4,538 square feet. Built in 2001, it is located a half mile from the Albertville Outlet Mall at 11025 61st St. NE. The building is triple net leased.
