California multi-family brings $44M

Archstone Woodsong
Phoenix, Ariz.-based NNC Woodsong, LLC has acquired the Archstone Woodsong apartments in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., for $44 million from Englewood, Colo.-based Tishman Speyer Archstone-Smith Woodsong, LP.

The deal was brokered by Paul Runkle and David Casper of Hendricks & Partners.

The apartment complex is located at 8255 Vineyard Ave. and contains 262 units. Built in 1986, the property is situated on 19.26 acres and is comprised of 46 percent one-bedroom, 14 percent two-bedroom and 40 percent three-bedroom units.
