Waterton Associates to sell 474 units in suburban Chicago

Chicago, Ill.-based Waterton Associates, LLC is selling the Preserve at Cress Creek apartment community in Naperville, Ill.

Matthew Lawton, Marty O'Connell and Sean Fogarty of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Chicago office are marketing the property for Waterton.

The property is located at 701 Royal St. George Drive in Naperville, a town approximately 30 miles southwest of Chicago. It contains 474 units and is situated on 28 acres. The complex is comprised of six buildings that underwent a $4 million renovation between 2000 and 2003.
