CBRE completes 20,000 sf lease in St. Paul

Galtier Plaza

St. Paul, Minn.-based Nacel Open Door, Inc. has leased 20,000 square feet within the Galtier Plaza in downtown St. Paul.

The deal was completed by brokers from CB Richard Ellis.

Nacel Open Door plans to open a preparatory high school called St. Paul Preparatory School on the first and second floors of the building, which is located at 172 6th St. East. The organization is a non-profit group specializing in student exchange services.
