New York shopping center on the block for $21M

Fingerlakes Crossing, a newly-built shopping center in Auburn, N.Y., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $21 million, or $83 per square foot.

Steven Siegel of Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office is representing the seller in the offering.

The retail center is located at 1579 Clark Street Rd. and contains 252,833 square feet. It is situated on 46 acres and is being offered with a 7.5 percent capitalization rate. Built in 2007, the property is occupied by tenants such as Sears, JC Penney, Bass Pro Shops and Fingerlakes Theatres.
