Evergreen Realty acquires Delaware multi-family for $17.25M

MPI Hampton Walk, LLC has sold the Hampton Walk apartment community in New Castle, Del., for $17.25 million to Evergreen Realty Inc.

Donald MacLaren and Clark Talone of Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia, Pa., office represented the seller in the transaction.

The 370-unit apartment community is located at 1627 New Jersey Ave. and sold for $46,622 per unit. It is comprised of 94 two-story building on a 16.65 acre lot and contains 264,200 square feet.
