Marcus & Millichap sells St. Paul office building

The Minneapolis, Minn., office of Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of the Davita Dialysis Center in St. Paul.

Jon Newburg, an associate with Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller in the deal.

The office building contains 5,366 square feet and is located at 1567 7th St. West. It was sold with a 6.78 percent capitalization rate and is leased with an absolute net lease with three percent increases annually.
