City West Parkway Building in Eden Prairie on the market

CB Richard Ellis is handling the sale of the City West Parkway Building in Eden Prairie, Minn. The property is being offered for $3 million, or $117.75 per square foot.

Tony Weinstine, John Ferlita and Nathan Gregory are marketing the building.

The office building is located at 6438 City West Parkway and contains 25,477 square feet. Built in 1986, it is situated on a 71,003 square foot lot and can be expanded by an additional 15,000 square feet.

Weinstie is a vice president with CBRE's Industrial Services Group in Bloomington. He is a former employee of Grubb & Ellis and Welsh Companies.

Ferlita is a senior vice president with CBRE and joined the firm's Minneapolis Global Corporate Services team in 1996. He is a former senior financial analyst with GNB Technologies and senior accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick.
