Hendricks & Partners sells two Scottsdale apartments for $21.85M

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based McCormick Ranch, LLLP has purchased the McCormick Place North and McCormick Place South apartment communities in Scottsdale for $21.85 million from McCormick Place, LP.

Brent Long and Greg Thielen of Hendricks & Partners brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.

McCormick Place North is located at 8250 East Via Paseo Del Norte and contains 112 units, while McCormick Place South is located at 7350 Via Paseo Del Sur and contains 118 units. Both properties were constructed in 1975 and contain a unit mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments
