Lee & Associates finalizes $1.1M sale of Michigan industrial building

Parita Michigan Ventures, LLC has purchased a 14,800 square foot industrial building in Milford, Mich., for $1.1 million from Robert and Darline Hawley.

Jon Savoy and Joseph Pellerito of Novi-based Lee & Associates represented the sellers while the buyer was represented by Barry Landau. The building is located at 4999 McCarthy Dr. and was purchased to accommodate the expansion of Parita's Michigan operations.

Savoy is a president with Lee & Associates and is the former senior vice president and director of industrial services for Grubb & Ellis' Detroit office. He specializes in the sale of industrial and land properties.

Pellerito is an associate with Lee & Associates and has been a real estate professional for 15 years. He is a former employee of Schostak Brothers and Company, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis. Pellerito is a graduate of the Wayne State University Law School.
