Vornado Realty sells Tysons Dulles Plaza for $152.8M

Tysons Dulles Plaza
New York City-based Vornado Realty Trust has sold Tysons Dulles Plaza in Tysons Corner, Va., for $152.8 million.

Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood and James Cassidy of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented Vornado in the transaction.

Tysons Dulles Plaza is a three-building office complex located at 1410, 1420 and 1430 Spring Hill Rd. The buildings contain 482,000 square feet and include a proposed fourth building to be built at 1440 Spring Hill Rd.

Vornado purchased the buildings in 2000 for $103.4 million.
