Kislak orchestrates $15.675M sale of New Jersey office building

Blair Realty has acquired a 105,000 square foot office building in Mountainside, N.J., for $15.675 million from 200 Sheffield, LLC.

Joni Sweetwood and Barry Waisbrod of Woodbridge-based The Kislak Company, Inc. represented both parties in the transaction.

The building is located at 200 Sheffield St. and was built in 1972. Known as Diamonhead, the three-story building was 90 percent occupied at the time of sale and contains parking for 450 cars.
