Hendricks & Partners directs sale of Salt Lake City apartments

San Francisco, Calif.-based Bascom Greenpointe Salt Lake, LLC has sold the Apartments on the Green in Salt Lake City, Utah, to a California-based private investor.

Kent Nelson and James Wadsworth of Hendricks & Partners' Salt Lake City office brokered the deal on behalf of the buyer and seller.

The apartment complex was constructed in two phases in 1985 and 1997. It is located at 1153 North Redwood Rd. and contains 224 units. It has been recently upgraded and is situated between Salt Lake City International Airport and downtown Salt Lake City.
