Long Island development site on the block for $15.9M

Marcus & Millichap has the listing for Harriman Estates, a 60-acre development lot on Long Island's North Shore in Riverhead, N.Y.

The property has an asking price of $15.9 million.

Steven Siegel and Steven Stoehrer of Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office are representing the seller in the offering.

The property is located on Main Road in Aquebogue and has been approved for 86 housing lots. It has two developments that have been built and are partially occupied on the land: The Highlands at Aquebogue, a 79-lot development, and an additional 60-lot parcel.
