Two Virginia office/flex properties bring $41M

Sullyfield Commerce Center
RREEF has acquired the Sullyfield Commerce Center and The Earhart Building in Chantilly, Va., for $41.1 million from WRIT-Washington Real Estate Investment Trust.

Jim Meisel, Dek Potts and Andrew Pulliam of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Washington, D.C., office handled the sale of the two office/flex building for WRIT.

The Sullyfield Commerce Center is a two-building complex that contains 243,690 square feet. It is located at 14320 and 14370 Sullyfield Circle. The Earhart Building is a single-story office property located at 14000 Thunderbolt Place. It contains 92,417 square feet.

The buildings are currently occupied by tenants including Northrop Grumman, L3 Communications, DHL, Cort Furniture and EDS.
