Equity Residential sells Colorado multi-family for $12.5M

Asset Plus Companies has purchased the Indian Tree Apartments in Arvada, Colo., for $12.5 million from Equity Residential.

Dave Potarf, Jordan Robbins and Dan Woodward of Marcus & Millichap's Denver office represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.

The apartments, which sold for $74,435 per unit, are located at 7865 Allison Way and contain 168 units. The complex is situated on a 140,000 square foot lot and has a unit mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments.
