Oceanside, Calif., apartments bring $10.2M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the Country Club Apartments in Oceanside, Calif., for $10.2 million, or $112,088 per unit.

John L. Nguyen and Jonathan Mitchell of the firm's Newport Beach office represented both parties in the transaction.

The Country Club Apartments are located on a 112,385 square foot lot at 201 Country Club Lane. It contains 91 units and is comprised of a 76,638 square foot, two-story building. The property has a unit mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
