Proctor & Gamble takes 1.1 million sf in Illinois for $24.3M

Proctor & Gamble has signed a deal to lease 1.1 million square feet of industrial space in Edwardsville, Ill., for $24.3 million from Multi-Employer Property Trust.

Lindsey Stieve and Terry Stieve of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker negotiated the five-year lease for Proctor & Gamble.

The single-story building is located near Proctor & Gamble's current distribution facility at 3101 Westway Dr. It contains 1,157,934 square feet and was constructed this year.

The company plans to use the building as a warehouse and distribution center for home care products.
