Molinaro Koger finalizes sale of Boston hotel

Tewksbury Residence Inn Hotel Associates, LLC has acquired the Residence Inn Boston/Tewksbury/Andover in Tewksbury, Mass., for an undisclosed price from Lion ES Hotels II, LLC.

Andy Kern of Molinaro Koger's metro D.C. headquarters office brokered the deal on behalf of Lion ES Hotels.

The 130-suite hotel is located at 1775 Andover St. in Tewksbury, a town approximately 25 miles north of Boston. The buyer has signed a long-term franchise agreement with Marriott International to continue operating the hotel as a Residence Inn. The property will be managed by Lighthouse Point, Fla.-based Pinnacle Hotel Management.
