Transwestern adds Girimonti to N.Y. office

Chicago, Ill.-based Transwestern Realty Finance Partners, LLC has added Michael Girimonti to its New York office. He will be responsible for sourcing high-yield debt investments.

Girimonti was an employee of JP Morgan since 2002. While with the firm, he worked to develop and grow a real estate mezzanine and preferred equity investment program for the company. He is also a former member of Lehman Brothers' commercial mortgage finance group.

The University of Hawaii undergraduate earned his M.S. in real estate from New York University and a master's degree in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
