Tikijian brokers sale of Indianapolis multi-family

Pedcor Companies has sold the Mann Village Apartments in Indianapolis, Ind., for $14.4 million to Memphis, Tenn.-based Global Ministries Fellowship.

The deal was brokered by locally based Tikijian Associates.

The Mann Village Apartments is located at 4010 Mann Village Rd. and contains 336 units. Pedcor constructed the apartment complex in 1990 and operated it as an affordable housing property for lower income residents until 2005. It is now a conventional, market rate community.
