JBL Cos. offers office and retail building in Minnesota

Eagan, Minn.-based JBL Companies has been hired to market and sell a single-tenant retail building and an office building in Minneapolis and Apple Valley.

The single-story retail building is located at 3404 Cedar Ave. South. It contains 3,600 square feet and is being offered for $230,000. The office building is located at 7721 145th St. West in Apple Valley, a town approximately 18 miles south of St. Paul. It contains 9,600 square feet.
