CBRE brokers sale of Massachusetts flex building

CB Richard Ellis has brokered the sale of an 87,200 square foot industrial/flex building in Billerica, Mass., to The Hampshire Companies.

CBRE's Gary Lemire represented the seller, Billerica Rangeway, LLC, in the sale.

The building is located at 159 Rangeway Rd. and contains 12,000 square feet of office space. Situated on 6.95 acres, the property is currently 100 percent leased to Hyster New England, Inc.

Lemire, senior vice president and partner with CBRE New England, joined the company in 1994 and has completed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. He is a former account representative with Xerox Corporation and vice president of investment sales with Leggat McCall/Grubb & Ellis.
