CTMT finalizes $20M sale of two Tennessee apartments

Crestview Apartments

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has completed the sale of two Tennessee multi-family properties totaling 452 units for a total sales price of $20.79 million.

In Hermitage, Green Leaf Hermitage purchased the Whites Oaks Apartments for $12.5 million from CW Capital Asset Management. Scott Tyrone, Robby Davis and Perry Gooch represented the buyer in the deal. The White Oaks Apartments are located at 5610 Old Hickory Blvd. and contain 261 units.

In Goodlettsville, Crestview BRE acquired the Crestview Apartments for $8.29 million from Crestview Apartments, LLC. Tyrone and Gooch handled the negotiations for both parties in the deal. The Crestview Apartments, which contain 191 units, are situated on 26 acres at 100 Lewis St.
