HFF provides $39M in funding for multi-family development

The Orange County, Calif., office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged a construction loan and joint venture equity in the amount of $39 million for the development of Pioneer Meadows.

Mark Erland arranged the $29.5 million construction loan and $9.5 million in joint venture equity on behalf of Fore Property Group.

Pioneer Meadows, a 300-unit multi-family property to be built in Sparks, Nev., is scheduled to be completed in September 2009. It is located on Vista Blvd. and will be comprised of 19 buildings with one, two and three-bedroom units.
