Colorado apartments fetch $12.95M

Tollgate Apartments

Holland Residential has purchased the Tollgate Apartments in Aurora, Colo., for $12.95 million from Baron Properties.

Jordan Robbins, Dave Potarf and Dan Woodward of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties in the transaction.

The apartments, which sold for $78,485 per unit, are located at 100 Idalia Court. The complex contains 165 units on 149,740 square feet and was built in 1985. It is comprised of nine three-story buildings.
