Ashford Hospitality buys Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre for $72.25M

Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group, a global hotel investment services firm, has arranged the $72.25 million sale of the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre to Ashford Hospitality Trust.

Jere Lucey and Matt Comfort brokered the sale of the hospital, which sold to AP VEF Hilton Dallas Owner's LLC, an affiliate of Apollo Real Estate Advisors, L.P.

The hotel contains 500 rooms and is located at 5410 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. The 20-story building features 35,000 square feet of meeting space and is set to undergo a complete renovation.
