Lee and Associates named primary leasing agent for Illinois industrial site

CenterPoint Properties has named Lee & Associates the primary leasing agent for Midwest Industrial Center, a 992,463 square foot industrial complex in Montgomery, Ill.

Jeffrey A. Galante, Jeffrey J. Janda and Denise J. Dalicandro of Lee & Associates' Chicago office will market the project.

The property is located in the I-88 Corridor at 900 Knell St. and contains units from 100,000 square feet to more than 925,000 square feet. It features exterior trucks docks and sits on 71 acres.
