Phoenix multi family community sells for $10.3 million

Brookside-Premier, LLC has sold Brookside, a 203-unit multi-family community in Phoenix, Ariz., to Brookside Properties, LLC for $10.3 million.

Marcus and Millichap's Alon Shnitzer represented the seller while Richard Butler did the buyer.

Located at 6131 West Thomas Road, the 137,400 square foot multi-family community is situated on a 6.87-acre lot and sold for $50,739 per unit, or $74.96 per square foot
