Grubb and Ellis' Koss promoted to VP of asset management
by The California-based realty firm Grubb and Ellis has promoted John Koss to vice president of asset management.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006 as a regional asset manager, Koss owned and managed the commercial property management and consulting firm Teak Properties, LLC. He also served as a regional manager at Sares Regis Group for three years and as senior property manager at PM Realty Group for more than 10 years.
In his new position, Koss is responsible for the overall management of the company's real estate assets in the Northwest, including Northern California, Oregon, Colorado and Washington, as well as a substantial portfolio of properties in Arkansas and Indiana.
