Pittsburgh office portfolio placed on market

A 453,000 square foot Class A office building portfolio in the Pittsburgh suburb of Cranberry, Pa., has been placed on the market.

Holliday, Fenoglio and Fowler executives John Pelusi, Gerard Sansosti and Nick Matt will lead the marketing team for the property, which will be listed without a formal asking price.

The portfolio contains four buildings and is currently 100 percent leased to tenants such as Westinghouse Electric, Verizon and McKesson. It is located on Cranberry Wood Dr. in Cranberry, a town approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh.
