HFF secures loan for office development

Working on behalf of Stream Realty Partners, L.P., the Houston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler negotiated a $23.5 million loan for a speculative Class A 180,000 square foot office development in The Woodlands, Texas.

HFF's Matt Kafka and Adam Jackson placed the non-recourse construction loan with Wachovia Bank N.A.

The property, which will be called Sierra Pines, is situated on 35.5 acres at 1601 Sawdust Rd. It is scheduled for completion in Jan. 2009 and is the first phase of a three building, 540,000 square foot office development.
