California apartments fetch $9.9M

The Laurel Theater Apartments

Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of the 42 unit Laurel Theater Apartments in San Carlos, Calif., for $9.9 million.

Tom Doglio, vice president of investments for the firm, represented both the seller, Laurel Theater Apartments, LLC and the buyer, D&D Laurel Theater Apartments, LLC.

Located at 1500 Laurel St., the 32,270 square foot apartment community features a mix of one and two-bedroom units with full-size refrigerators, oven/range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and bathrooms.
