Irongate selects PM Realty to arrange sale of Hawaii Raceway Park

PM Realty Group was recently selected by Irongate Partners to broker the sale of Hawaii Raceway Park.

Lead brokers Matthew Bittick and Jay Elicker will represent Irongate as the exclusive agents in the sale of the property.

Located approximately 20 miles north of downtown Honolulu at the northeast corner of Kalaeloa Blvd. and Malakole St., the 2.8 million square foot facility is the largest available I-2 zoned industrial lot in the growing market of Kapolei.
