Hendricks & Partners sells California complex for $11.3 million

Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of the Newport Terrace apartments in Newport Beach, Calif., for $11.3 million.

Steven C. Brombal of the Newport Beach office of Hendricks & Partners arranged the sale of the property, which sold for $230,624 per unit and $288.09 per square foot.

Located at 1401-1409 Superior Ave., the apartments contain 49 units and were constructed in 1974. The complex features seven two and three-story buildings on three contiguous parcels of land.
