San Diego industrial warehouse sells for $10.55 million

HPC Properties has sold Bekaert Specialty Films I, their 48,203 square foot industrial warehouse in San Diego, Calif., for $10.55 million.

Marcus & Millichap orchestrated the deal, with Joshua Volen and Andrew John Slade of the firm's San Diego office representing the seller and Chris Sands of M&M's Encino office representing the buyer.

The 2.24-acre property was built in 2002 and is located at 4520 Viewridge Ave.
