CBRE acquires Houston office building for $37.25 million

by
CB Richard Ellis acquired the 171,091 square foot Enclave on the Lake for $37.25 million. The Class A office building is located in Houston's energy corridor.

CBRE Realty Trust and CBRE Investors worked to together to obtain the property, which sold for $217.72 per square foot.

The six-story building, located at 1255 Enclave Parkway, is occupied by an engineering firm and features a cafeteria and a workout facility.
