Washington multi-family sells for $6.67 million

Joint owners Ann Boyce, Stephen and Evonne Bishop sold the 91,000 square foot Rolling Creek apartments in Vancouver, Wash., to Rolling Down the River, LLC for $6,673,900.

Marcus & Millichap's Ira Virden represented the seller while REIG's Jim Bourdin represented the buyer.

Located at 7301 NE 13th Avenue, the 111-unit multi-family sold for $60,125 per unit.
