Parham Place sold for $7.6 million

JEDD of South Carolina, Inc. purchased the two-building, 62,700 square foot office portfolio Parham Place I, & II in Richmond, Va., from Parham Place I & II Associates, LLC, for $7.6 million.

Brokers Eric B. Robison, Evan MaGrill and N. Dean Meyer of Thalhimer Commercial Real Estate, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, orchestrated the deal.

The 100 percent leased, single-tenant property is located at 1910 and 1920 E. Parham Rd. The selling price represents $121.22 per square foot.
