California multi-family sells above list price

Marcus & Millichap orchestrated the sale of the 38-unit multi-family community Mayfield Manner in Palo Alto, Calif. The final sales price was not disclosed at the seller's request, but the deal did go above the list price of $10 million.

Investment specialists Bryan Danforth and Brian Henry negotiated the deal for both the buyer and seller.

Located at 408 Grant Ave., the 32,880 square foot multi-family features studio, one and two-bedroom units.
