Hartford, Conn. multi-family goes for $17 million

by
Capitol Garden, LLC sold the 270-unit, 10-story multi-family community Morgan at the Park to MATP, LLC for $17 million.

Marcus & Millichap represented both sides in the sale, with senior vice presidents of investments Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti negotiating the deal.

Located at 600 Asylum Ave., the 227,500 square foot, high-rise property sold for $62,963 per unit.
