Hendricks negotiates sale of Washington multi-family

Gresham, Ore.-based KMC Investment Group, LLC purchased Riverside, a 28-unit multi-family property in Camas, Wash., from Vretenar, LLC for $2.03 million.

Grayson Pounder from the Portland office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and seller.

Located at 225 NE Summer St., the multi-family sold for $72,500 per unit.
