L.A. multi-tenant sells for $3.3 million

Croft Partners, LLC acquired a 4,800 square foot multi-tenant building in Los Angeles, Calif., from the Sherman Family Trust for $3.3 million.

Jonathan Ahron and David Aschkenasy, brokers from Charles Dunn Company, a partner of GVA Worldwide's represented the buyer and Remax represented the seller.

Located at 8424 and 9426 W. 3rd St., the building is located in an area with heavy foot and auto traffic and boasts several successful restaurants nearby. It is occupied by Chado Tea Room, Smile Dentistry and a printing company, and for $687 per square foot.
