Voit Development sells San Fernando industrial building

North Valley Commerce Center

Voit Development Company sold a 33,717 square foot building in the North Valley Commerce Center industrial business park in Sylmar, Calif., to Tutor-Saliba Builders for an undisclosed amount.

Voit was represented in the transaction by CB Richard Ellis brokers by David Harding, Greg Geraci, Matt Dierckman and Billy Walk. Tutor-Saliba Builders was self-represented.

Situated inside a 201,000 square foot business park, the building is located in close proximity to interstates 5, 405, 118 and 210. The center is the only one of its kind to be completed this summer in the San Fernando Valley.
